We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:

• Return Window: Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and tags.
• Custom Orders: Due to the nature of personalized work, fully custom items are not eligible for standard returns. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
