📦 Processing & Production Times

Because many of our items are custom-made or handcrafted with love, processing times vary by product type:

• Decals & Print-on-Demand Items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Custom Apparel & Robes: Hand-designed and processed within 5–7 business days.
• Handmade Crochet Items: Because these are meticulously crafted by hand, please allow 1–2 weeks for your item to be created and shipped.

Note: If your order includes a mix of items, they may ship separately or default to the longer production window so they can travel together.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• All domestic orders are shipped via standard carrier tracking, which typically takes 2–5 business days once handed off to the post office.
• You will receive a tracking number the moment your shipping label is created so you can follow your package's journey.

🛑 Address Corrections & Adjustments

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can easily update the address as long as the item hasn't shipped yet. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, we are unfortunately unable to reroute it.
